The council meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 6pm with the exception of August (summer recess). Members of the public are always welcome to attend.

  • The minutes of the latest meeting are only available after they have been approved by the parish council.
  • For reasons of privacy items of a personal and confidential nature are not available to the public and press.
  • A full signed set of minutes is retained by the clerk and may be made available in certain circumstances on request.

Planning Register

​The Parish Council considers planning applications submitted to the City of Doncaster Council at each of their meetings then submit their comments or concerns to CDC.  Since 2023/2024 the Parish Council have logged their responses on a Planning Register with all the applications they have commented on.  The relevant Registers can be found below:
